Lohman Road Clean-Up
After two cancellations due to inclement weather, Point Venture Lions project coordinator Terry Hickman successfully conducted the Lohman Ford Road litter pick-up day. Approximately 21 Point Venture Lions showed up with their gloves and “pickers” on a cool Friday morning of March 27 to scan the road sides for litter from Boggy Ford to the Point Venture entrance. Once that was completed, the crew headed to the PV Park to collect yet more trash. Finally, the worker Lions were rewarded with hot dogs and drinks from the grilling team of Roy Ables and Chuck Lambert.
